Twenty years of leading, and learning what it takes

My career took me through Vanguard, Liquidity Services, and Nobel Biocare, where I served as Director of Product Marketing. I oversaw an $800M portfolio, built a centralized global marketing team, and led some of the company’s largest initiatives, including a Launch Excellence process that produced the biggest first-year innovation revenue in company history.

Along the way I learned that the results always came from people. When my teams felt empowered and had clear systems to work with, they performed at levels that surprised even them.

I also learned what it costs to lead from the middle without support. I spent years leading the way I thought others wanted me to, and I burned out. Finding my own way back is what led me to coaching.

In 2023 I founded Synergy Sync to help leaders find the clarity and confidence to lead naturally and sustainably, and to help organizations build the systems that let those leaders deliver.

Leadership starts from within, and is sharpened by the right tools and tactics.

My work is inside-out, purpose-driven, goal-oriented, and practical. I bring the empathy of a coach and the operating discipline of someone who has owned revenue goals, so the growth shows up in how people lead and in what their teams deliver.

I work with organizations across industries, with especially deep roots in healthcare, medical device, and dental.
