I’ve been the leader in the middle.
For 20 years I built and led teams in corporate roles. As Director of Product Marketing at Nobel Biocare, I oversaw an $800M portfolio, built a centralized global marketing team, and led the launch program behind the biggest first-year innovation revenue in company history.
I also know the pressure of carrying strategy from above and people from below, and what burning out in that seat feels like. Today I help leaders find the clarity and confidence to deliver results that last.
